Randall Lejeune, 53 years of age, Address: Fourth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/05/2016 @ 11:19am.

Charge: Warrant - Failure to Return Leased Merchandise (valued over $1,000.00)

Randall Lejeune was located in the Morgan City Court where Lejeune was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. Lejeune was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Regis S Southern, 33 years of age, Address: Huey P Rd. New Iberia, La. was arrested on 05/05/2016 @ 11:35am.

Officers responded to Hwy La. 70 near the judges stand in regard to a report of a single vehicle crash. The officers arrived when it was learned that the vehicle involved appeared to have run off the roadway crashing through a fence damaging an electric pole along with water and electrical lines. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Regis S Southern who reportedly had minor injuries. During conversations, reports indicate that Southern's behavior aroused the officer's suspicions that Southern may be under the influence of alcohol and or narcotics. Acadian Ambulance responded to the incident where they treated Southern for his injuries. During treatment, an officer located suspected xanax in one of Southern's hands. A search of the vehicle was conducted when officers located suspected drug paraphernalia. Southern was transported to a local medical facility where medical staff obtained a blood sample from Southern. The blood sample was turned over to officers to be sent to a criminalistic laboratory for analysis. Southern was shortly thereafter released from the medical facility, arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Dijon T J Bell, 21 years of age, Address: James St. Franklin, La. was arrested on 05/05/2016 @ 1:32pm.

Charges: Warrant - Probation Violation

Dijon T J Bell was arrested in the Morgan City Court in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Bell was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Rosella E Voison, 26 years of age, Address: Park Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/05/2016 @ 11:39pm.

Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated

Officers responded to a local lounge on Victor II Blvd. in regard to a report of a disturbance. The officers arrived when they spoke with Rosella E Voisin and several witnesses who told officers that Voisin was involved in an argument with an employee of the business. Reports indicate that Voisin was suspected to have been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Voisin was observed by the officers shouting an using profane language when she was warned by the officers to stop. Voisin ignored the officer's warning continuing to shout profanities when she was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Voisin was booked and incarcerated.

Myles Morgan, 28 years of age, Address: Front St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/03/2016 @ 6:21am.

Charge: Theft by Shoplifting

An officer responded to a local convenience store on Federal Avenue in regard to a call of a shoplifter. The officer arrived and spoke with the manager who told the officer that Myles Morgan came into the store, took an alcoholic beverage from the cooler, walked outside and began consuming the beverage without payment. The officer observed Morgan still in the store parking lot and inquired with Morgan about the incident. Reports indicate that Morgan told the officer that he did take the beverage without paying. Morgan was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Morgan was booked and incarcerated.

Dondre J Parker, 19 years of age, Address: Levee Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/03/2016 @ 8:42am.

Charge: Probation Violation

Dondre J Parker was arrested in the Morgan City Court in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Parker was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Caffery J Williams, 50 years of age, Address: Garber St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/03/2016 @ 4:00pm.

Charge: Warrant - Failure to Appear on 12/01/2015 for Driving While Intoxicated

Caffery J Williams was arrested in the Morgan City Court in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Williams was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Michael Martin, 32 years of age, Address: Teche Rd. Bayou Vista, La. was arrested on 05/03/2016 @ 9:16pm.

Charge: Theft

Officers responded to a local recreational establishment on Hwy 182 in regard to a theft of a purse. The officers arrived when they spoke with the victim and several witnesses to the incident. The officers were told that a subject later identified as Michael Martin was observed taking the victims purse from a table inside the establishment. Martin then exited the buidling and began fleeing on foot when Martin was chased by one of the witnesses. During the chase Martin dropped the purse and fled the area at which time the purse was returned to the victim. A description of Martin was provided when Martin was located by officers moments later. Martin was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Angel M Duhon, 26 years of age, Address: Burkette St. Milton, La. was arrested on 05/03/2016 @ 11:46pm.

Charge: Driving Under Suspension

An officer responded to Hwy 182 near Mrytle Street in regard to a call of a suspicios vehicle following the caller. A description of the vehicle was provided when it was located by the officer moments later. A traffic stop was conducted to investigate the incident when the driver of the vehicle was identified as Angel M Duhon. A driver license check was conducted which revealed that Duhon had a suspended drivers license. Duhon was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Duhon was booked and incarcerated.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle make a turn at the intersection of Federal Avenue and Duke Street without using a turn signal. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver of the vehicle was identified as Tyler Brewer. During the stop the officer observed what appeared to be suspected crack cocaine inside the vehicle. The location of the incident was within the area of a local elementary school. Brewer was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Brewer was booked and incarcerated.

Greg Adams, 40 years of age, Address: Burch St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/29/2016 @ 8:19pm.

Charge: Aggravated Battery

Greg Adams was located by officers at a local motel on Hwy 182 where Adams was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant was obtained as the result of an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police from a report filed on February 12, 2016 of an alleged aggravated battery. Adams was transported to the Morgan City Jail where Adams was booked and incarcerated.

Travis J Morin, 32 years of age, Address: Shaw Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/29/2016 @ 8:34pm.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle being operated in a reckless manner accerlate through a red light at the intersection of Myrtle Street and Hwy 182. As the vehicle went through the intersection, the vehicle was struck by another vehicle which according to reports had a green signal. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Travis Morin who did not have proof of vehicle insurance. Morin was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Morin was booked and incarcerated.

Tyler J Davis, 17 years of age, Address: Natalie Ln. Patterson, La .was arrested on 04/29/2016 @ 9:40pm.

Entering or Remaining in Places After Being Forbidden

Officer responded to the area of Front Street near Brashear Avenue in regard to a report of a large disturbance. The officers arrived when they located Tyler J Davis along with several other subjects in the area. Davis, who appeared to be involed in a disturbance was told by officer several times to leave the area. According to report, Daivs ignored the officers warnings and continued shouting at several of the subjects. Davis was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Davis was booked and incarcerated.

Alex-Sandra C Eidson, 35 years, Address: Laurel St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/29/2016 @ 11:07pm.

Charge: Warrant - Disturbing the Peace

Alex-Sandra C Eidson was located by officer at an address on Laurel Street where Eidson was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant was obtained as the result of an investigation of an alleged disturbance reported on February 3, 2016. Eidson was transported to the Morgan City Jail where Eidson was booked and incarcerated.

Officers responded to a local medical facility on Hwy 70 in regard to a report of a battery. The officers arrived when the spoke to a subject later identified as the victim of the incidnet who was recieving treatment for injuries sustained from a reported battery. The officers were told that the incident accurred at a residence on Florence Street where Jamey G. Perry allegedly committed a batter on the victim. Evidence of a battery was observed by the officers at which time they went to the residence on Florence Street in an attempt to locate Perry. Perry was located by the officers at the residence where they spoke to Perry about the incident. After a short invesigation, Perry was placed under arrest when officers located suspected suboxone on Perry's person. A warrants check also revealed that Perry had an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Perry was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Katherine D. Maher, 19 years of age, Address. Bernice St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/30/2016 @ 10:38pm.

Charge: Warrant - Failure to Appear for Unlawful Possession of Alcoholic Beverages

Katherine D Maher was located by officers at a residence on Bernice Street where Maher was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the City Court of Thibodaux. Maher was transported to the Morgan City Jail where Maher was booked and icarcerated.

Tevit A Douglas, 24 years of age, Address: Spring St. Lafayette, La. was arrested on 05/01/2016 @ 5:43pm.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle parked at the Morgan City Comlex near the swimming pool. As the officer approached, the vehicle appeared to be occupied by two subjects. The officer made contact with the occupants who were identified as Tevit A Dougles and a female juvenile. Douglas's behavior aroused the officers suspicions that they may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search was conducted when suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia was located. Douglas was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Douglas was booked and incarcerated. The juvenile was released to a guardian.

Tonya J Conner, 34 years of age, Address: Derrick St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/01/2016 @ 11:14pm.

Charge: Possesion of Schedule IV CDS (Carisoprodol)

A patrolling offcer observed a vehicle traveling on Hwy 70 out of its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver of the vehicle was identified as Tonya Conner. Conner's behavior aroused the officer's suspicions that she may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when the officer located suspected Carisoprodol. Conner was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Conner was booked and incarcerated.

Jose Juan Cruz-Nicolas, 28 years of age, Address: Cottonwood Sr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/02/2016 @ 2:18am.

Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol Within a Motor Vehicle

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle on Hwy 182 traveling west in the east bound lane. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver of the vehicle was identified as Jose Juan Cruz-Nicolas. During the stop, the officer observed an open container of alcohol inside the vehicle. A drivers license check revealed that Cruz-Nicolas did not have a valid drivers license. Cruz-Nicolas was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Cruz-Nicolas was booked and incarcerated.

Angel M Duhan, 26 years of age, Address: Burkette St. Milton, La. was arrested on 05/04/2016 @ 9:11am.

Charge: Disturbing the Peace

Officers responded to a local state goverment building on Victor II Blvd. in regard to a call of a subject causing a disturbance. The officers arrived when they spoke with the managment and several witnesses to the incident. The officers were told that Angel M Duhan who was still in the office, went into the buidling talking loudly using profane language. Duhon was told by managment to calm down but ignored the warnings. Duhon then went behind the counter of the office continuing to cause a disturbance when Duhon was told by managment that she was not allowed behind the counter but continuing to ignore the managments warnings. Duhon was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Duhon was booked and incarcerated.

Amanda Lake, 34 years of age, Address: Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/04/2016 @ 10:38am.

Amanda Lake was transported from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Jail to the Morgan City Police Department Jail in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant was obtained from an investigation conducted in regard to a reported incident on April 24, 2016 at a Lawrence Street address where Lake allegedly entered or remained where forbidden and was disturbing the peace. Lake was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Tyrone F Thomas, 51 years of age, Address: Sixth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/04/2016 @ 2:59pm.

False Imprisonment

Tyrone F Thomas was arrested by Morgan City Police Department Detectives in regard to active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police Deparment. The warrants were obtained as the result of an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police Department Detectives of an alleged rape and false imprisonment that was reported to have occured at a residence on Sixth Street in Morgan City, La. on May 5, 2016.
On the morning of May 5, 2016 an officer responded to a local medical facility on La. Hwy 70 in regard to a reported rape. During the investigation, Tyrone Thomas was identified by the victim as a suspect in the crime and was accused of raping and holding the vicitim against their will. Officers located the suspect, Tyrone Thomas at the Sixth St. residence where the crime was reported to have occurred. During a subsequent search warrant of the residence by investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Detective's Division, evidence was recovered which supported the allegations. Detectives obtained arrest warrants for Tyrone Thomas. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department Jail where he was booked and incarcerated with no bond yet set. The incident remains under investigation.

Dennis J Kist, 27 years of age, Address: Chaple Rd. Okeana, Oh. was arrested on 05/04/016 @ 8:14pm.

Sampson Isony Eelee Sneed, 28 years of age, Address: First Place South, Federalway, Wa. was arrested on 05/04/2016 @ 8:14pm.

Charge: Criminal Trespassing

Officers responded to the railroad tracks at Fourth Street and Railroad Avenue in regard to subjects sleeping in a rail car. The officers arrived when the spoke with the conductor of the train who told officers that they had discorvered four subjects sleeping inside one of the rail cars of the train. The officers located the subjects who were identified as Dennis J Kist, Jessie Whitten, Charles B Bunn and Sampson Isony Eelee Sneed. All four subjects were arrested on the charge of Criminal Trespassing and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated. A warrants check revealed that there was an active arrest warrant for Dennis J Kist for felony drug charges with the San Francisco Sheriff's Office. Kist remains incarcerated awaiting extradition.

Bryan K Bruno, 41 years of age, Address: Landry Trailer Park, Loreauville, La. was arrested on 05/04/2016 @ 10:30pm.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle traveling in the area of Onstead Street near Federal Avenue with a broken tail lamp. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Bryan K Bruno who was advised of the violation. During conversatoins, Bruno's behavior aroused that officer's suspicions that Bruno may be involved in illegal drug actvity. A search of the vehice was conducted when the officer located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bruno was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Bruno was booked and incarcerated.

Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting

An officer responded to a local school on Hickory Street in regard to a report of a fight. The officer arrived and spoke with one of the school administrators who witnessed the incident. The officer was told that Malayai Francois and another female juvenile were involved in a fistic incounter while on school grounds. Evidence of the alleged fight was observed by the officer at which time Francois was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Adrien M Hardy, 34 years of age, Address: Texo St. Pierre Part, La. was arrested on 05/02/2016 @ 4:24pm.

Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Detectives observed a vehicle make an improper turn at the intersection of First Street at Railroad Avenue. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver of the vehicle was identified as Adrien M Hardy. During the stop investigators learned that Hardy had an expired drivers license and that the vehicle did not have proof of insurance. Hardy's behavior aroused investigator's suspicions that Hardy may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when investigators located suspected marijuana, methamphetmine and drug paraphernalia. Hardy was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail wher Hardy was booked and incarcerated.

Shawn Lee, 46 years of age, Address: Egle St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/02/2016 @ 5:59pm.

Charge: Criminal Damage to Property

An officer responded to an address on Egle Street in regard to a reported disturbance involving damage to property. The officer arrived and spoke with a subject who was later identified as the victim of the incident. The officer was told that Shawn Lee and the victim were involved in an argument went Lee allegedly struck and caused damage to the victims vehicle. The officer located Shawn Lee at the residence at which time Lee told the officer that he had stuck the victims vehicle. Evidence of the damaged property was observed by the officer at which time Lee was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Lee was booked and incarcerated.

Joseph Estay, 46 years of age, Address: Aucoin St. Morgan City, La was arrested on 05/02/2016 @ 7:13pm.

Joseph Estay was located by officers at an address on Aucoin Street where Estay was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant was obtained in regard to a reported incident on March 21, 2016 of alleged telephone harassment. Estay was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.

Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Detectives along with the assistance of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at an address on First Street in Morgan City, La. Upon entering the residence investigators located Bridget P Mayon inside the residence. Also while entering the residence, investigators observed several subjects attempting to flee the residence on foot. These subejcts were captured by investigators moments later one being identified as Amy C Turner. Turner later addmitted to investigators that she was in possession of drug paraphernalia and that she had attempted to dipose of the paraphernalia while fleeing the residence. Upon securing the residence, Jared J Bergeron who was believed to reside at the residence was observed by investigators in a vehicle in front of the residence. Investigators made contact with Bergeron at which time Bergeron was advised of the search warrant and escorted inside. A search of the residence was conducted when investigators located suspected marijuana, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and proceeds believed to be derived from illegal drug sales. The location of the incident was within the area of a local church in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Bergeron, Mayon and Turner were all placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.

Ryan A. Billiot, 35 years of age, Address-Saizon St. Port Barre, La was arrested on 04/28/2016 @ 5:15 pm.

Driving Under Suspenion

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division observed a vehicle not use a turn signal in the area of Federal and Brashear Ave. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver identified as Ryan Billiot was asked to produce a valid driver's license. A computer check revealed that Billiot's driver's license was suspended. Billiot was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Orlando Guidry, 44 years of age, Address- Florida St. Morgan City Police Department was arrested on 04/28/2016 @ 11:15 pm.

Charge: Criminal Damage to Property

Officers responded to a residence on Fifth St. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived and spoke to the victim who stated that he and Orlando Guidry had gotten into a verbal altercation. During the altercation, Guidry damaged one of the windows of the residence. Officers were able to locate Guidry outside of the residence and placed him under arrest. Guidry was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
