MCPD Arrest Report 09/29/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 49 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 09/28/2017:
Timothy Collier, 18 years of age, address: Honey Ln. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/28/2017 @ 11:57 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. for Arraignment on 08/29/2017
Timothy Collier was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on an active warrant for his arrest through the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Collier was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Therina L. Russell, 42 years of age, address: Duke St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/28/2017 @ 1:03 p.m.
Charges: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
Patrol officers responded to the area of LA 70 in regards to a suspicious person. According to reports, officers arrived and Therina L. Russell was identified as the subject. Russell was found to be in an intoxicated state. Russell was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Sidney L. Wainwright, 21 years of age, address: Third St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/29/2017 @ 9:25 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: Contempt of Court
Sidney Wainwright was located an arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Wainwright was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Leanna R. Gresco, 26 years of age, address: Hwy 70 Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/28/2017 @ 4:07 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 05/24/2016
Leanna R. Gresco was located and arrested in the area of US 90 on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Gresco was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Joel Claudio-Deleon, 40 years of age, address: Grizzaffi St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/28/2017 @ 8:34 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. for Arraignment on 07/10/2017
Joel Claudio-Deleon was located and arrested in the area of LA 182 on an active arrest warrant held by the 16th Judicial Court. Claudio-Deleon was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Myles Morgan, 29 years of age, address: Front St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/28/2017 @ 11:11 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Probation Fee on 04/04/2017
Myles Morgan was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Morgan was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Gregory Carbins, 68 years of age, address: Bernice St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/29/2017 @ 1:41 a.m.
