MCPD Arrest Report 10/12/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 38 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 10/11/2017:
Craig Albarado:, 53 years of age, address: Brashear Ave. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/11/2017 @ 8:29 a.m.
Charges: Parole Violation
Craig Albarado was located and arrested at a local motel in the area of LA 182 on an active arrest warrant held by Probation and Parole. Albarado was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Pebbles M. Francois, 52 years of age, address: Arizona St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/11/2017 @ 11:04 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: Theft under $1000
Pebbles M. Francois was located and arrested in the area of Everett St. on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on May 1, 2017 when officers responded to the area of Everett St. in regards to a theft. According to reports, Pebbles M. Francois was identified as the suspect and warrants were prepared for her arrest. Francois was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Author J. Dugar, 52 years of age, address: N. Prairie Rd. Franklin, La., arrested on 10/11/2017 @ 1:59 p.m.
Charges: Disturbing the Peace
Patrol officers responded to a local business in the area of LA 182 in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived and Author J. Dugar was identified. According to reports, Dugar continued to yell profanities at the business after officers arrived. Dugar was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Shenice A. Wood, address: Halsey St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/12/2017 @ 12:11 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 05/09/2016
Shenice A. Wood was located and arrested by the Berwick Police Department on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Wood was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
