MCPD Arrest Report 10/25/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 35 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 10/24/2017:
Harry Irvin Jr., 51 years of age, address: Garber St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/24/2017 @ 10:50 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: Parole Violation
Harry Irvin Jr. was located and arrested in the area of Orange St. on an active arrest warrant held by the Louisiana Probation and Parole. Irvin was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Alyssa Ashmore, 27 years of age, address: Third St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/24/2017 @ 12:21 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. for Trial on 10/10/2017
Alyssa Ashmore was located and arrested in the area of Sixth St. on an active arrest warrant held by the 16th Judicial Court. Ashmore was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Mandy Hatfield, 30 years of age, address: Florence St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/24/2017 @ 2:00 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: Possession of SCH II CDS (Methamphetamine)
Warrant: Possession of SCH II CDS (Cocaine)
Warrant: Possession of SCH IV CDS (Alprazolam)
Warrant: Possession of a Legend Drug (Metronidazole)
Warrant: Violation of Uniform CDS Law (Drug-Free Zone)
Mandy Hatfield was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police. The warrants stem from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on June 30, 2017, when they responded to a residence in the area of Florence in regards to a subject who was unconscious. According to reports, officers arrived and Hatfield was identified as the subject involved. Hatfield was found to be in possession of suspected Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Alprazolam, and Metronidazole. The area where the incident had taken place was within a Drug-Free Zone. The investigation continued and warrants were prepared for Hatfield’s arrest. Hatfield was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Joshua A. Falgout, 38 years of age, address: Sycamore St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/24/2017 @ 2:00 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: Probation Violation
Joshua A. Falgout was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Falgout was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Zachary M. Crappell, 24 years of age, address: North First St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 10/24/2017 @ 10:21 p.m.

Sherry H. Cooper, 32 years of age, address: Park St. Patterson, La., arrested on 10/24/2017 @ 10:21 p.m.

Warrant: F.T.A. for Trial on 01/03/2017 (2 Counts)
Zachary M. Crappell and Sherry H. Cooper were located and arrested in the area of North First St. on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Crappell and Cooper were transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
