MCPD Arrest Report 05/02/2018
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 54 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 05/01/2018:
Frank D. Peavy, 46 years of age, address: Louisa St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 05/01/2018 @ 4:16 a.m.
Charges: Entry or Remaining in Places Where Forbidden
Resisting an Officer
Warrant: Probation Violation
Patrol officers responded to the area Louisa St. in regards to a disturbance. Officers arrived when Frank D. Peavy was identified. Peavy was removed from the residence and instructed not to return. Later that morning officers responded back to the residence in regards to Peavy returning. Officers arrived when Peavy was arrested. According to reports, Peavy resisted officers while being taken into custody. Peavy was also found to hold an active arrest warrant through the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Peavy was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Christine A. Hughes, 34 years of age, address: Hamm St. Franklin, La., arrested on 05/01/2018 @ 8:24 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 01/09/2018 (2 counts)
Warrant: F.T.A. for Arraignment on 02/27/2018
Christine A. Hughes was located and arrested in the area of Onstead St. on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Hughes was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Apirl L. Aucoin, 38 years of age, address: Cremo Ln. Patterson, La., arrested on 05/02/2018 @ 1:40 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 05/30/2017 (3 counts)
Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 06/27/2018 (3 counts)
Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 07/28/2017
April L. Aucoin was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Aucoin was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
