MCPD Arrest Report 12/11/2018

Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 54 calls for service. The following person(s) were arrested as a result beginning on 12/10/2018:

Deonta A. Reaux, 32 years of age, Address-Freret St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 12/10/2018 @ 7:14 pm.

Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Trial
               Headlights Required
               Resisting an Officer

     An officer in the area of Duke St. observed a vehicle with improper lighting. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Deonta Reaux was asked to produce a valid driver’s license. A warrant check revealed that Reaux held an active warrant for the 16th Judicial District Court. When the officer tried to place Reaux under arrest, she resisted but was later subdued. Reaux was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Chris J. Boudreaux, 51 years of age, Address-McDermott Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 12/10/2018 @ 10:15 pm.

Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Trial (6cts)

   Chris Boudreaux was placed under arrest at the Morgan City Police Department for active warrants he held for the 6th Ward City Court. Boudreaux was booked and incarcerated.

Samantha A. Hebert, 39 years of age, Address-South Ray Rd. Pierre Part, La. was arrested on 12/10/2018 @ 10:47 pm.

Charge: Driving Under Suspension
               Traffic Control Signals
               No Insurance

Lori E. Guyon, 29 years of age, Address South Ray Rd. Pierre Part, La. was arrested on 12/10/2018 @ 10:47 pm.

Charge: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

   A patrol officer observed a vehicle in the area of LA Hwy 182 near Florence St. disregard a red traffic signal. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Samantha Hebert was asked to produce a valid driver’s license. A computer check revealed that Hebert’s driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle was not insured. The passenger in the vehicle, Lori Guyon was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both Hebert and Guyon were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
