Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 50 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 2/13/2019:
Rebecca Martin, 46 years of age, Address-Fifth St., Morgan City, La. was arrested on 2/13/2019 @ 10:12 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Probation Violation
Rebecca Martin was placed under arrest at the Morgan City Police Department for an active warrant she held for the City Court of Morgan City. Martin was booked and incarcerated.
Austin Guarisco, 25 years of age, Address- Arenz St., Morgan City, La. was arrested on 2/13/2019 @ 5:08 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Possession of Marijuana
Warrant-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officers came into contact with Austin Guarisco on Arenz St. and placed him under arrest on warrants held by Morgan City Police Department. Guarisco was transported to Morgan City Police Department booked and incarcerated.
Justin Lacaze, 26 years of age, Address-Fortins St. Berwick, La. was arrest on 2/14/2019 @ 03:15 A.M.
Charges: Warrant-Failure to Appear 16th District Court

Officers came into contact with Justin Lacaze on HWY 182 in Morgan City, La. Officers learned of an active warrant for 16th District Court for Failure to Appear. Lacaze was placed under arrest and suspected marijuana and cocaine was located on his person. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department booked and incarcerated.
