Officers were dispatched to an area school in reference to two students fighting. Officers arrested both juveniles and transported them to Morgan City Police Department for booking. Juveniles released pending juvenile court action.
Juvenile, 12 years of age, was arrested on 3/1/2019 @ 11:47 A.M
Charge: Simple Battery
Officers were dispatched to an area school in reference to a battery. Officer learned 12-year-old juvenile committed a battery on another student. The Juvenile was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking. The juvenile was released pending juvenile court action.
Kelly Joseph Hukill II, 30 years of age, Address-Saturn Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 3/1/2019 @12:10 P.M.

Warrant- Domestic Abuse Battery (Berwick PD)
Warrant- False Imprisonment (Berwick PD)
Officers received information Kelly J. Hukill II was in the area of Federal Ave and Brashear Ave and was wanted by Berwick Police Department. Officers arrived in the area and located him walking in the area. He fled on foot from the officer when they attempted to stop him. He was later located and placed under arrest. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department and booked and incarcerated.
Russell Quentin Francis Jr., 34 years of age, Address-Francis St. Berwick, La., was arrested on 3/1/2019 @ 1:37 P.M.

Criminal Mischief- False use of 911
Warrant-Probation Violation
Officers were dispatched to a business on LA 70 in reference to a subjected later identified as Russell Q Francis making multiple calls through 911. When officers arrived, he caused a disturbance fled on foot to a second nearby business causing a disturbance. While officers placed him under arrest he began to physically resist. He was handcuffed and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Justin Vosburg, 27 years of age, Address- Susan Ct. Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3-1-2019 @ 2:37 P.M.
Charge: Possession of Marijuana (3rd Offense)
Warrant- Probation Violation
Officers came into contact with Justin Vosburg on Federal Ave and Brashear Ave and learned of a warrant for this arrest through City Court of Morgan City. He was placed under arrest and suspected marijuana was located in his possession. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Tammy Lynn Wilson, 47 years of age, Address-Willard St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/1/2019 @ 5:05 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Criminal Damage to Property less than $1,000.00
Officers came into contact with Tammy L Wilson on Willard St. Officers learned of a warrant through City Court of Morgan City. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Esdras De Leon Hernandez, 31 years of age, Address-South Rd., Morgan City, La. was arrested on 3/1/2019 @ 8:07 P.M.

Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense)
Officers conducted a traffic stop on HWY 182. Esdras De Leon Hernandez was identified as the driver of the vehicle. It was learned after running a computer check he did not possess a valid driver’s license. Officers suspected impairment to be involved and he was given a field sobriety test which he did poorly on. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at the Morgan City Police Department, he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of .175g%. He was booked and incarcerated.
Lennis J Fryou, 62 years if age, Address-Onstead St., Morgan City, La. was arrested on 3/1/2019 @ 10:28 P.M.

Officers were dispatched to 1st Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers arrived on scene and learned a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle. During the course of the investigation, officers learned Lennis Fryou was the driver of the vehicle and suspected driver impairment. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at Morgan City Police Department he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of .122g. He was booked and incarcerated. Pedestrian refused medical assistance on scene.
Terry Wilson Garrett, 63 years of age, Address-Bowman St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 2:24 A.M.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on HWY 182 for a traffic violation. The driver was identified as Terry W. Garrett. During the traffic, stop officers suspected impairment to be involved. He was given a field sobriety test which he did poorly on. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at the Morgan City Police Department, he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of .108g%. He was booked and incarcerated.
Alyssa Louise Ashmore, 29 years of age, Address-1126 Front St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 8:04 A.M.

Officers located Alyssa Ashmore on Front St. in Morgan City on active warrants through 16th District Court. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Racquel Delaune Barber, 43 years of age, Address- Roderick St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 9:11 A.M.

Officers located Racquel D. Barber on Roderick St. on active warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Donte Jovan Harris, 23 years of age, Address- Mount St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 10:59 A.M.

Officers come into contact with Donte J. Harris in the area of Fifth St. and Greenwood St. During which time Officers found Harris in possession of illegal narcotics. Officers attempted to arrest Harris but began to pull away and resist officers. He was placed in handcuffs and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at Morgan City Police Department he was booked and incarcerated.
Brandi Durkins, 26 years of age, Address-Allison St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 11:48 A.M.
Charge: Warrant- Theft – (St. Mary Sheriff’s Office)
Officers came into contact with Brandi Durkins on Allison St. and learned of the active warrant for her arrest through the St. Mary Sheriff’s Office. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Richard Kight II, 36 years of age, Address- Mill St., Lake Charles, la., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 7:42 P.M.

Officers were dispatched to LA HWY 70 in reference to a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Officers located the vehicle and identified the driver as Richard Knight II. During the stop, it was learned Kight II did not possess a valid driver’s license. During the course of the traffic stop officers located suspected marijuana, Buprenorphine Hydrochloride and drug paraphernalia. Officers also located suspected Oxycodone and Alprazolam which was suspected for the intent to distribute. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police department for booking and incarceration.
Bradley Griffin, 39 years of age, Address-Terrebonne St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/82/2019 @ 7:52 P.M.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
Officers were dispatched to a business on Federal Ave in reference to Bradley Griffin causing a disturbance. Upon officer arrival, they located him walking away from the area in an intoxicated condition. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Brian Mark Metrejean Jr., 29 years of age, Address-Stafford Court, Pierre Part, La., was arrested on 3/2/2019 @ 9:41 P.M.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on Brashear Ave. and identified as Brian Mark Metrejean. During the traffic, stop officers suspected impairment to be involved. He was given a field sobriety test which he did poorly on. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at the Morgan City Police Department, he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of .182g%. He was booked and incarcerated.

Officers were dispatched to a business on HWY 182 in reference to a subject causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived and identified Hector I. Martinez as the subject refusing to leave. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers were dispatched to a local motel in reference to a disturbance. Upon officers arriving, a witness identified Ernest L Watkins as committing a battery on his girlfriend and was refusing her to leave the room. Officers also learned he had committed another battery on a second person on the scene and damaged a cell phone. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Officers came into contact with Tyler Davidson on HWY 182 and learned of an active warrant for his arrest held by 16th District Court. He was placed under arrest and suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located in his possession. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration
