MCPD Arrest Report 3/7/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 29 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 3/6/2019:
Johnathon P Metrejean, 30 years of age, Address- N. Bay Road, Pierre Part, La., was arrested on 3/5/2019 @ 9:22 P.M.
Charge: Criminal Trespassing
Resisting an Officer
Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
Officers were dispatched to a business on HWY LA 70 to remove an unwanted person from the property. Officers came into contact with Johnathon Metrejean. He was suspected to be under the influence of illegal narcotics. He began to pull away from officers as they attempted to arrest him. Officers were able to handcuff him. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking incarceration.
Arthur Joseph Cole, 60 years of age, Address- HWY 182, Morgan City, La. was arrested on 3/6/2019 @ 20:56
Charge: Possession of Crack Cocaine
Narcotic Detectives patrolling HWY 182 came into contact with Arthur J. Cole. During the stop officers located suspected crack cocaine in his possession. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
