MCPD Arrest Report 3/12/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 30 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 3/11/2019:
Paul Alcide Voisin Jr., 40 years of age, Address-Sixth St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/11/2019 @ 12:10 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Arraignment (2 Counts) 16th District Court
Officers came into contact with Paul A. Voisin Jr on Sixth St. Officers learned of active warrants for his arrest held by 16th District Court. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Sydnie Lynn Wainwright, 22 years of age, Address- Landry Court, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/11/2019 @ 12:47 P.M.
Charge: Theft of a Motor Vehicle $5,000.00 to $25,000.00
Warrant-Contempt of Court (City Court of Morgan City)
Sydnie L. Wainwright was located in Harrison County Jail in Marshall, Texas on unrelated Charges. She was extradited back to Morgan City and booked on warrants held by Morgan City Police Department. She was booked and incarcerated.
Tremayne Skinner, 42 years of age, Address-Railroad Ave, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/11/2019 @ 4:43 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Provide Notification as a Sex Offender or
Child Predator
Officers came into contact with Tremayne Skinner on Railroad Ave. Officers learned of a warrant held by St. Mary Sheriff’s Office. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Annette Denice Aucoin, 57 years of age, Address- North Second St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/12/2019 @ 1:03 A.M.
Charge: Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
Possession of a Legend Drug
Tail Light Violation
Officers conducted a traffic stop on HWY 182 and Annette D. Aucoin was identified as the driver of the vehicle. During the traffic stop, she was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and Gabapentin. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Mary Priscilla Pool, 33 years of age, Address-Egle St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/12/2019 @ 1:46 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Arraignment

Officers came into contact with Mary P. Pool on Egle St. and learned of warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
