MCPD Arrest Report 3/13/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 28 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 3/12/2019:
Davontraye Jacoby Johnson, 24 years of age, Address-HWY 182, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/12/2019 @ 11:15 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear to Pay Fine (3 Counts)
Davontraye J. Johnson was located at L.E.C. and placed under arrest on warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Anquino Michael Weston, 19 years of age, Address-Lori Lane, Patterson, La., was arrested on 3/12/2019 @ 7:50 P.M.
Charge: No Seat Belt
Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sixth St. and Brashear Ave. and identified the driver as Anquino M. Weston. During the traffic stop officers located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Eric Scott Stelly, 36 years of age, Address-Canal St., Houma, La., was arrested on 3/12/2019 @ 9:03 P.M.
Charge: Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana
Transaction Involving Proceeds from Drug Transactions
Narcotic Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department conducting an investigation came into contact with Eric S. Stelly in a parking lot on Martin Luther King Blvd. During the investigation Detectives located suspected marijuana which was intended for sale in the Morgan City area. Detectives also seized $492.00 in U.S. Currency which was suspected sales from illegal narcotics. Stelly was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Olivia Stewart Guarisco, Arenz St., 25 years of age, Address-Arenz St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/13/2019 @ 2:25 A.M.
Charge: Possession of Schedule IV (Xanax)
Olivia S. Guarisco turned herself into the Morgan City Police Department on an active warrant held by Morgan City Police Department. She was booked and incarcerated.
