MCPD Arrest Report 3/22/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 42 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 3/21/2019:
Jerry L. Livingston, 55 years of age, Address-122 Cotton St., New Iberia, La., was arrested on 3/21/2019 @ 3:09 A.M.

Jessica J. Gollmer, 38 years of age, Adress- Oregon St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/21/2019 @ 3:09 A.M.

Fugitive from Justice
Officers observed a vehicle traveling on HWY 182 near Roderick St. with only one headlight. Officers conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Jerry L. Livingston and the passenger as Jessica Gollmer. Officers ran a computer check on Livingston's driver's license found it was under suspension. During the officer stop, they found Livingston and Gollmer to be in possession of crack cocaine. It was learned Gollmer was wanted by State of Texas Parole Division while conducting a warrants check. Both Livingston and Gollmer was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Elizabeth Cefalu Leonard, 29 years of age, Address-Guidry St., Berwick, La., was arrested on 3/21/2019 @ 8:16 A.M.
Charge: Speeding
Warrant-Failure to Appear for Arraignment-16 District Court
Officers conducted a traffic stop in a posted school zone on Sixth St. The driver was identified as Elizabeth C. Leonard. During the traffic stop, officers learned 16th District Court held an active warrant for her arrest. She as placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Theodore Francis, 34 years of age, Address-HWY 182, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/21/2019 @ 1:05 P.M.
Charge: Bank Fraud
Theodore Francis file a report with Morgan City Police Department alleging someone had fraudulently removed money of his debit card. The investigating officer learned through surveillance footage the transactions were conducted by the complainant, Theodore Francis. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Courtland Javaud Fullwood, 31 years of age, Address-Park Road, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/21/2019 @ 2:00 P.M.
