Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 72-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 106 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 3/29/2019:
Patrel M. Jenkins, 44 years of age, Address-Oak St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/29/2019 @ 8:35 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Improper Supervision of a Juvenile
An officer came into contact with Patrel Jenkins on Oak St. She was placed under arrest on an active warrant held by Morgan City Police Department. She was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Korianne Marie Parker, 30 years of age, Address-Carol Rd., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/29/2019 @ 1:50 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear to Pay Fine
Korianne M. Parker was located at the Morgan City Police Department and placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant held by City Court of Morgan City. She was booked and incarcerated.

Nikita Danyell Smith, 33 years of age, Address-Sixth St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/29/2019 @ 4:10 A.M.
Charge: Warrants- Failure to Appear (3 Counts)
Joseph Skipper, 64 years of age, Address-27th Ave., Glendale, Ar., was arrested on 3/29/2019 @ 4:10 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Trial
Officers responding to narcotic activity on Mallard St. came into contact with SirTerrence Skipper, Nikita Smith, and Joseph Skipper. A warrant check revealed SirTerrence Skipper, Nikita Smith, and Joseph Skipper held active warrants for their arrest. When officers attempted to arrest SirTerrance Skipper he fled on foot from officers. Pursuing officers were able to take SirTerrance into custody after a brief foot chase. SirTerrence Skipper, Nikita Smith, and Joseph Skipper were transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking. Once at Morgan City Police Department Officers located suspected marijuana and MDMA concealed in SirTerrance socks. SirTerrance attempted to discard the suspected Marijuana and MDMA while officers were searching him. During the booking process, it was revealed SirTerrance was a fugitive from Probation and Parole in Indiana. He was booked and incarcerated. Nikita Smith and Joseph Skipper were also booked and incarcerated on warrants held by City Court of Morgan City
Lionel Mitchell, 56 years of age, Address- Freetown Lane, Labadieville, La., was arrested on 3/29/2019 @ 5:53 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Arraignment (16th District Court)
Officers came into contact with Lionel Mitchell on North Third St. A warrant check revealed 16th District Court held an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Kevin Edward Quigley, 32 years of age, Address-Charlisa Springs, Katy Tx., was arrested on 3/30/2019 @ 3:19 A.M.
Charge: Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
Officers conducted a traffic stop on HWY 182 and identified the passenger as Kevin E. Quigley. During the traffic stop, Quigley was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Nikki Rene Mayon, 37 years of age, Address-HWY 182, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/30/2019 @ 11:03 A.M.

Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear for Arraignment (2 counts)
An officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Brashear Ave. and 8th St. The driver was identified as Nikke Mayon and the passenger was identified as Raymond Miller. A warrant check revealed City Court of Morgan City held active warrants for both Mayon and Miller. They were placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Junior R. Adams, 38 years of age, Address-HWY 182, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/30/2019 3:43 P.M.

An officer came into contact with Junior Adams at a local hotel on HWY 182. A warrant checked revealed 16th District Court held an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Juan Feliciano, 26 years of age, Address-Shannon St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/30/2019 @ 8:08 P.M.

Officers investigating a crash on US 90 East Federal Ave. down ramp learned Juan Feliciano was the driver of a vehicle that has struck another vehicle on the down ramp. Officers observed there were two small children in his vehicle that were not properly restrained. Officers suspected impairment at which time he was given a field sobriety test which he performed poorly on. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department. Once at MCPD he was given an intoxilyzer test and gave a breath sample of 212.g%. He was booked and incarcerated.
Peggy Ann Fabre, 52 years of age, Address-Francis St., Berwick, La., was arrested on 3/31/209 @ 3:34 P.M.
Charge: Possession of Methamphetamine

Driving under Suspension
An officer conducting a traffic stop on HWY 182 identified the driver as Peggy A Fabre. A computer check revealed her driver's license was under suspension. During the investigation, Fabre was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Martine Nicole Minor, 37 years of age, Address-Sixth St., Berwick, La., was arrested on 4/1/2019 @ 3:25 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear to Pay Fine
Martine Miner was located at Berwick Police Department and placed under arrest on an active warrant held by City Court of Morgan City. She was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
