MCPD Arrest Report 4/2/2019

Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 25 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 4/1/2019:
Lorelyn Marie Gotcher, 33 years of age, Address-Terrebonne St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/1/2019 @ 3:10 P.M. 

Charge:
Remaining after Forbidden 

Officers responded to Bowman St. residence in reference to a person refusing to leave the property. Upon the officer arriving they located Loyelyn Gotcher on the property and was identified by the complainant as the person refusing to leave. Officers also learned Gotcher had been previously banned from the property. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration. 
Jennifer Bourgeois, 36 years of age, Address-Florida St., Delhi, La., was arrested on 4/1/2019 @ 5:00 P.M. 

Charge: 
Warrant-Telephone Harassment (2 Counts)

Jennifer Bourgeois was located at the Morgan City Police Department and placed under arrest an active warrant held by Morgan City Police Department. She was booked and incarcerated. 
Cassie Rankin, 30 years of age, Address-Faith St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/1/2019 @ 6:48 P.M. 

Charge: Criminal Trespassing 

Officers responded to a suspicious person attempting to enter an abandoned residence on Second St. Officers arrived and located Cassie Rankin inside the abandoned residence. Upon officers coming into contact with Rankin they suspected she was impaired and verified she trespassing on the property. She was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration. 
Monica Lynn Hebert, 30 years of age, Address-Main St., Patterson, La., was arrested on 4/1/2019 @ 9:18 P.M. 

Charge:  Warrant-Failure to Appear to Pay Fine

Officers came into contact with Monica L. Hebert on Victor II Blvd. A warrants check revealed City Court of Morgan City held warrants for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department and booked and incarcerated.
