MCPD Arrest Report 4/4/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 33 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 4/3/2019:
Natasha Donshea Garner, 33 years of age, Address-Mallard St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 3/3/2019 @ 12:20 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Disturbing the Peace Fighting
Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Violation of CDS Law-Drug Free Zone
Kimberly Cortez Sneeze, 25 years of age, Address-Mallard St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 12:20 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Disturbing the Peace Fighting
Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department began investigating a complaint of a fight on Morgan City Housing Authority Property that was recorded and posted on social media. Investigators were able to identify Natasha Garner and Kimberly Sneeze as the persons involved and warrants were issued for their arrest. Officers located Natasha Garner at her residence on Mallard St. While at the residence officers located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her possession. Natasha Garner's residence is within the Morgan City Housing Authority property which is a zoned drug-free zone. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Kimberly Sneeze was located at her Mallard St. residence. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Lorelyn Marie Gotcher, 33 years of age, Address-Terrebonne St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 2:48 P.M.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace
Officers responded to a complaint of a person causing a disturbance at a local motel on HWY 182. When the officers arrived they were advised by the complainant, Lorelyn Gotcher was walking around the motel screaming profanities causing a disturbance. Officers on the scene also observed Gotcher causing a disturbance and suspected impairment. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Charles Rich, 73 of age, Address-Homeless, was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 3:00 P.M.
Charge: Warrants: Failure to Appear to Pay Fine
Probation Violation
Charles Rich was located at St. Mary L.E.C. and placed under arrest on active warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. He was transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Oscanique Toups, 22 years, Address-Friendship Lane, Amelia, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 3:00 P.M.
Charge: Warrants-Failure Appear to Pay Fine (2 Counts)
Oscanque Toups was located at L.E.C. and placed under arrest on warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. She was transported to the Morgan City Police Department and booked and incarcerated.
Austin Guarisco, 25 years of age, Address-Arenz St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 3:49 P.M.

Jerald Watson, 33 years of age, Address-South Railroad Ave., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/3/2019 @ 3:49 P.M.
Charge: Possession of Schedule II Amphetamine and Dextroamphetamine
Possession of Schedule Iv Alprazolam
A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop for speeding in a school zone on Federal Ave. The driver was identified as Austin Guarisco along with a passenger, Jerald Watson. During the traffic stop suspected Amphetamine, Dextroamphetamine, and Alprazolam was located in Jerald Watson's possession. Both Guarisco and Watson was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
