MCPD Arrest Report 4/9/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 39 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 4/8/2019:
Lisa Ann Willis, 52 years of age, Address-Egle St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/8/2019 @ 1:04 A.M.
Charge: Simple Battery
Criminal Mischief-False Emergency
Morgan City Police Department received several calls via 911 requesting medical attention at an Egle St. residence. When officers arrived and identified Lisa A. Willis as the caller. Willis would refuse aid or not answer the door. When the officers responded to the last call Willis struck a first responder in the chest. Willis was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Kelly Joseph Hukill II, 30 years of age, Address-Saturn St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/8/2019 @ 11:49 A.M.
Charge: Remaining after Forbidden
Resisting an Officer
Officers responded to a second street residence in reference to Kelly Hukill II being on the property after previously being barred from the property. Officers arrived and located Hukill still on the property. When officers attempted to arrest Hukill he fled on foot. Pursuing officers were able to capture Hukill and take him into custody. He was placed under arrested and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Destiny N. Escort, 23 years of age, Address-Mallard St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 4/8/2019 @ 11:01 P.M.
Charge: Failure to Report Accident
Driving under Suspension
No Vehicle Insurance
Officers were dispatched to a local business parking lot on Victor II Blvd. in reference to a vehicle crash. Responding officers were advised one of the vehicles had fled the scene. Responding officers were able to locate the vehicle and driver, Destiny N. Escort, on Mallard St. Upon running a computer check it was learned Escort's driver's license was under suspension and the vehicle did not have current insurance. She was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Jade M. Aucoin, 27 years of age, Address-Renwick Blvd., Berwick, La., was arrested on 4/9/2019 @ 2:04 P.M.
Charge: warrant- No Headlights
Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
An Officer conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 90 and identified the driver as Jade Aucoin. A warrants check revealed Morgan City Police Department held an active warrant for his arrest. he was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
