MCPD Arrest Report 5/10/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 43 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 5/9/2019:
Scott Lawrence Barnes Needham, 31 years of age, Address- Roderick St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 5/9/2019 @ 8:45 P.M.
Charge: Window Tint Violation
Driving under Suspension
No Insurance
An officer conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Seventh St. and identified the driver as Scott Needham. During the course of the traffic investigation, a computer check revealed Scott Needham driver's license was under suspension and did not possess valid motor vehicle insurance. He was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
