Morgan City Man Arrested on Sex Charges
Chief James F. Blair reports the following arrest after sexual battery complaint filed with the Morgan City Police Department.
Eric Fowler Geibel, 49 years of age, Address-Onstead St., Morgan City, La. was arrested on 6/10/2019 at 1:38 P.M.
Charge: Warrant- Aggravated Crimes Against Nature
Sexual Battery
On June 10, 2019, the Morgan City Police Department received a complaint of a sexual battery of a person under the age of 17 years of age. During the course of the investigation, Eric F. Geibel was identified as a suspect. Officers with the Morgan City Police Department were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Aggravated Crims Against Nature and Sexual Battery. Officers located Geibel on Maple St. and place him under arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department and booked and incarcerated.
