MCPD Arrest report of 06/21/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 43 calls for service. The following person(s) were arrested as a result beginning on 06/20/2019:
Amanda Eues, Fourth St. Berwick,La 41 years of age, was arrested on 06/20/2019 at 9:50 am
Charge: Warrant-Stalking
Eues was arrested on 06/20/2019 on a warrant for stalking. The warrant stems from several incidents over the past month in which Eues is alleged to have stalked another person. Eues was placed under arrest at the Morgan City Police Department.
Tasha Fuentes, Hilda St. Morgan City,La ,3:09 pm was arrested on 06/20/2019 at 3:09 pm
Charges: Warrant-Improper supervision of a minor
Warrant-Keeping of Vicious Dogs or Animals
Fuentes was arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on warrants for Improper supervision of a minor which stemmed from a complaint from the City Court of Morgan City. The warrant for Vicious Dogs stemmed from an incident in which an officer investigated a complaint a Fuentes's residence where she was found to have a pit bull dog.
Odie Nadar, Hwy 70 Morgan City, La , 36 years of age was arrested on 06/21/2019 at 5:30am
Charge: Criminal Damage to Property less than $1000.00
Jana Gilmore, Arcemont Lane, Morgan City,La 33 years of age, was arrested on 06/21/2019 at 5:30 am
Charge: Criminal Damage to Property less than $1000.00
Gilmore and Nadar were arrested after a corrections officer noticed damage to newly installed equipment in the jail. The officer noticed the damage while doing cell checks and stated that no other inmates had occupied that cell. Both Gilmore and Nadar were booked on the additional charge.
