Juan Ramirez Torres Jr., 30 years of age, Address-Stacy St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/2/2019 @ 10:30 A.M.
Charge: Warrants- Probation Violation
Contempt of Court (3 Counts)
Juan R. Torres Jr. was located at St. Mary Law Enforcement Center and placed under arrest on active warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Javien Jawan Francis, 22 years of age, Address-Oregon St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/2/2019 @ 3:16 P.M.
Charge: Warrant: Direct Contempt of Court
Javien J Francis was located and placed under arrest in City Court of Mogan City. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Herman Charpentier, 53 years of age, Address-Lake Palourde # 1, Amelia, La., was arrested on 7/2/2019 @ 3:20 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Possession of Marijuana
Herman Charpentier turned himself to the Morgan City Police Department outstanding warrants from 2008. He was booked and incarcerated.

Illegal use of CDS in the Presence of Persons under 17 years of age
A patrol officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Sixth St. and Onstead St. During the traffic stop Courtland J. Phillips was identified as a passenger in the vehicle and was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. During the traffic stop, a juvenile and infant was present in the vehicle. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Charles Little Gash, 65 years of age, Address-Freret St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/2/2019 @ 11:56 P.M.
Charge: Remaining After Forbidden
Warrants-Failure to Appear (2 Counts)
Officers were dispatched to a Mallard St. in reference to a disturbance. Upon officers arriving, they came into contact with Charles L Gash. A computer check revealed he was barred from Housing Authority property and City Court of Morgan City held and active warrants. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Kenneth Allridge, 54 years of age, Address-Oil Tank Ally, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/3/2019 @ 3:12 A.M.
Charge: Warrants-Failure to Appear
A patrol officer came into contact with Kenneth Allridge in the area of Federal Ave. and Egle St. A warrants check revealed 16th District Court held active warrants for his arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
