MCPD Arrest Report for 7/8/2019

Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 72-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 121 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 7/5/2019:

Harril Lin Charles, 69 years of age, Address-Franklin St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/5/2019 @ 7:05 P.M. 

Charge: Driving under Suspension
             

Arnold Rigoberto Guerrero, 24 years of age, Address-Brashear Ave., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/5/2019 @ 7:05 P.M.  

Charge: No Driver's License

Officers were flagged down in reference to a crash involving two vehicles in the area of Sixth St. and Egle St. The drivers were identified as Harril L Charles and Arnold R. Guerrero. During the crash investigation, a computer check revealed Harril Charles driver's license was suspended and Arnold Guerrero did not possess a valid driver's license. They were both placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Adam Rene Landry, 35 years of age, Address-Levee Rd., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/6/2019 @ 0:44 A.M. 

Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear 

Officers came into contact with Adams R. Landry on Levee Rd. A warrant check revealed City Court of Morgan City held an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Michael Wade Forristal, 47 years of age, Address-Honey Lane, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/7/2019 @ 1:36 A.M. 

Charge: Warrant-Probation Violation

Officers came into contact with Michael W. Forristal in the area of LA 70. A warrant check revealed Probation and Parole held an active warrant for probation violation. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Timothy Adam Pojar, 39 years of age, Address-Federal Ave., Morgan City, La., was placed under arrest on 7/7/2019 @ 11:05 A.M. 

Charge: Warrant-Criminal Neglect of Family

An officer responding to a complaint came into contact with Timothy A. Pojar at a residence on Federal Ave. A warrant check revealed 16th District Court held an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
