MCPD Arrest Report 7/22/2019
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 72-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 120 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 7/19/2019:
Wilburn Lee McCullom, 71 years of age, Address-Lassere Circle, Long Beach, Ms., was arrested on 7/19/2019 @ 1:25 P.M.
Charge: Warrant-Theft $1,000.00 to $5,000.00
Wilburn L. McCullom was located at the Mississippi State Penitentiary on an active warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant stems from a theft of a utility trailer stolen from a local business on HWY 182 in Morgan City, La. on December 16, 2018. Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department conducted an investigation and identified Wilburn McCullom as a suspect. A warrant was issued and McCullom was arrested by authorities in Mississippi. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Uvaldo Davila Jr., 27 years of age, Address-General Patton St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/19/2019 @ 8:26 P.M.

Driving under suspension
An officer on patrol observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation in the area of HWY 182 and Third St. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as Uvaldo Davila Jr. A computer check revealed his driver's license was under suspension. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Nikki Rene Mayon, 37 years of age, Address-HWY 182, Morgan City, La., was placed under arrest on 7/20/2019 @ 12:50 A.M.
Charge: Warrants-Failure to Appear (2 Counts)

An officer came into contact with Nikki R. Mayon at a local business on HWY 182. A warrants check revealed City Court of Morgan City held active warrants for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Jewel Ann Ross, 35 years of age, Address-N. Verret St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/20/2019 @ 8:38 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Theft under $1,000.00
An officer on patrol came into contact with Jewel A. Ross near the intersection of HWY 182 and Ditch Ave. A warrant check revealed the Morgan City Police Department held an active warrant for her arrest. The warrant stems from shoplifting complaint on July 10, 2019, from a local business on HWY 182. During the investigation, Ross was identified as the person shoplifting in the amount of $8.70. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Scott A. Barbier, 49 years of age, Address-Florence St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/20/2019 @ 9:52 A.M.
Charge: Abuse of Toxic Vapors
Officers responded to a complaint of a person inhaling toxic vapors in a shed at a Florence St. residence. Upon officers arriving they located Scott A. Barbier in the shed inhaling toxic vapors from a container. While officers spoke with Scott Barbier they noticed he was in an intoxicated condition. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Dearius Deshawn Kenner, 31 years of age, Address-Grace St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/20/2019 @ 5:42 P.M.

An officer came into contact with Dearius Deshawn on Mallard St. A warrants check revealed 16th District Court and the City of Morgan City held active warrants for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Glenn Andrew Tregre, 50 years of age, Address-Huntlee Drive, New Orleans, La., was arrested on 7/20/2019 @ 6:36 P.M.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated
Officers were dispatched to a disturbance complaint in the area of Myrtle St. and HWY 182. Upon officers arriving they came into contact with Glenn Andrew Tregre who was in an intoxicated condition causing a disturbance. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Michael C. Boudreaux Jr., 55 years of age, Address-Montana St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/20/2019 @ 9:10 P.M.
Charge: Criminal Trespassing
Simple Battery
Officers were dispatched to a St. Clair Street residence for a disturbance. Upon officers arriving they learned Michael C. Boudreaux entered the property and committed a battery on the victim. Boudreaux was located on Montana St. and placed under arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Cedric Benjamin Gant, 22 years of age, Address-Grace St., Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/21/2019 @ 1:00 A.M.
Charge: Warrant-Failure to Appear (2 Counts)
Cedric B. Gant was located at the Morgan City Police Department and placed under arrest on active warrants held by City Court of Morgan City. He was booked and incarcerated.

An officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation in the area of Sixth St. and Brashear Ave. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as O'Brain Humphrey. During the stop, the officer observed a small child improperly restrained in a child seat. A computer check revealed his driver's license was under suspension. A warrants check revealed Morgan City Police Department and 23rd District Court held active warrants for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Robinson Castro Aquino, 40 years of age, Address-Victor II Blvd, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 7/21/2019 @ 4:21 P.M.

Officers were dispatched to a person laying on the ground in the area of Fourth and Greenwood St. Upon officers arriving they came into contact with Robinson Castro Aquino in an intoxicated condition. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
