Arrest Report 05/14/2014

The following were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 05/12/2014:

 

Dakata A. Daigle, 20 years of age, Address-Pecan St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/13/2014 @ 11:26am

Charge: Warrant: Probation Violation

     Dakota Daigle was located on Pecan St. in Morgan City and placed under arrest on outstanding warrants for the Morgan City Police Department on an outstanding warrant.  Daigle was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated. 

 

 

Timothy Meredith, 41 years of age, Address-Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/13/2014 @ 12:52pm

Charge: Entry on Premises after Being Forbid

Michael W. Forristal, 42 years of age, Address-Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/13/2014 @ 12:52pm

Charge: Entry on Premises after Being Forbid

     Both Michael Forristal and Timothy Meredith were located and placed under arrest near the 200 block of Railroad Ave. after both subjects returned to the property at that location after being previously forbidden to by officers and management.  The subjects were transported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and remain incarcerated. 

 

 

Dario M. Barahona, 63 years of age, Address-Fourth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 05/13/2014 @ 5:00pm

Charge: Warrant: Two Headlights Required; Warrant: No Insurance; Warrant: Improper Lane Usage

Dario Barahona was located at a Fourth St. residence and placed under arrest on an outstanding warrant for the Morgan City Police Department.  He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated.
