Officers investigating the theft of a lawnmower from the area of Youngs Rd. located Clark in the area with the stolen property. Officers spoke with Clark who admitted that he took the lawnmower after going on to the property on Youngs Rd. Clark was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.
Elaina Ashmore, 19 years of age, New Horizon Dr., New Iberia, La was arrested on 09/12/2019 at 2:43 pm
Charges: Warrant: City Court of Morgan City for FTA Possession of Marijuana
Warrant: City Court of Morgan City for Contempt of Court
Officers located Ashmore at a Hwy 182 business, officers detained Ashmore and verified that she still had active warrants from City Court of Morgan City. Ashmore was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking
Susan Bourque, 49 years of age, 8th St. Morgan City, La was arrested on 09/12/2019 at 22:45 pm
Charges: Domestic Abuse Battery
Officers were called to a disturbance and found that Bourque had committed a battery on a family member. Bourque was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.
