MCPD Arrest Report 2/20/2020
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 39 calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 2/19/2020:
Debra Belanger Mills, 49 years of age, Address-Hebert Lane, Morgan City, La., was arrested on 2/19/2020 at 1:45 P.M.
Warrants: Failure to Appear (2 Counts)
Debra B. Mills turned herself into the Morgan City Police Department on active warrants held by the City Court of Morgan City. She was booked and incarcerated.
Josh Frank, 29 years of age, Address-Mustang Hill, Katie, Tx., was arrested on 2/19/2020 at 11:39 P.M.
Warrant: Theft of Materials
Officers came into contact with Josh Frank at a local hotel on Martin Luther King Blvd. A warrant check revealed Frank was a wanted person from Tom Green County Sheriff's Office in Texas for Theft of Materials. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
