Mary Poole, 35 years of age, Address-Egle St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/5/2020 at 3:16 P.M.
Warrants: Failure to Appear (3 Counts)
Officers came into contact with Mary Poole at an Address on Highway 182. A warrant check revealed City Court of Morgan City held an active warrant for her arrest. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Ethlin Joy Ann Simmons, 37 years of age, Address-Short St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 8/5/2020 at 3:38 P.M.
Charge: Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Warrant: Theft under $1,000.00
Officers were called to an address on Myrtle St. about an intoxicated individual. Upon officer's arrival, they came into contact with Ethlin Simmons. She was found in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Mogan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
