Mariah Christen Howard, 27 years of age, Address-Egle St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 9/29/2020 10:25 A.M.

Child Desertion
Officers located Mariah C. Howard at her residence and placed her under arrest on an active warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. She was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
William Nicholas Larocca, 18 years of age, Address-McDermott Dr., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 9/29/2020 at 10:01 P.M.

Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
A K-9 Officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Highway 70. The driver was identified as William Larocca. During the traffic stop, the K-9 Officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. K-9 Dally was deployed around the exterior of the vehicle and detected the presence of illegal narcotics. Officers located suspected marijuana and placed Larocca under arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
