Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 35-calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 10/12/2020
Raven Mayon, 24 years of age, Address-Highway 182, Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 10/12/2020 at 9:26 P.M.

Home Invasion
Officers located Raven Rayon at his residence and placed him under arrest on an active warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant stems from a complaint filed with the Morgan City Police Department on October 11, 2020. He was booked and incarcerated at the Morgan City Police Department.
Luke Joseph Derise, 28 years of age, Address-Federal Ave., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 10/12/2020 at 11:18 P.M.

Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense)
Officers were called to the area of Allison St. for a vehicle crash. Upon the officer's arrival, they learned the vehicle driven by Luke J. Derise crashed into a parked vehicle on Allison St. Officers observed he was in an intoxicated condition and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department. Once at the police department, he was given an intoxilyzer test. He submitted a breath sample of .361g%. He was booked and incarcerated.
