Michael Anthony Noel, 48 years of age, Address-Birch St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 2/17/2021 at 4:54 P.M.

Distribution of Schedule-I CDS Heroin
Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at a Birch St. address in Morgan City with the assistance of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Narcotics Division and Berwick Police Department. During the investigation, investigators placed Michael Noel under arrest on a warrant for Distribution of Heroin. He transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Jaye Bliss, 31 years of age, Address-Levee Rd., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 2/17/2021 at 6:47 P.M.

Violation of Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Law-Drug Free Zones
Morgan City Police Department received a complaint of illegal narcotic activity at an address on Highway 182 in Morgan City. Upon the officer's arrival, they came into contact with Kacy L Sons, David Sons, and Jason James Ashley. During the officer's investigation, they learned Kacy L. Sons was selling methamphetamine from the address. She was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and alprazolam. A warrant check revealed Berwick Police Department held an active warrant for her arrest. Officers also discovered David Sons and Jason J. Ashley were in possession of illegal narcotics during the investigation. David Sons was found in possession of methamphetamine and alprazolam. Jason Ashley was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Kacy L. Sons, David Sons, and Jason Ashley were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
