Arrest Report 12/09/2014

     The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 12/08/2014:

 

 

Titianna R. Francois, 17 years of age, Address-Orange St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 12/08/2014 @ 1:36pm

Audaria D. Jones, 18 years of age, Address-Seventh St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 12/08/2014 @ 1:36pm

     Officers were dispatched to the Morgan City High School where they were advised that two students, Audaria Jones and Titiana Francois had been involved in a fistic encounter on school property.  Both were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and incarcerated. 

 

 

Thomas D. Remedies, 21 years of age, Address-Second St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 12/08/2014 @ 8:31 pm

Charge: Criminal Trespass; Warrant: Failure to Comply-Drug Court (6 Counts)

     Officers were dispatched to a Franklin St. residence regarding a subject trespassing on the property.  Officers arrived and located Thomas Remedies in the rear of the residence and detained him for invesigation.  The subject, who was not authorized to be on the property was found to have several outstanding warrants and was subsequently arrested.  He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
