Charge: No Drivers LIcense; Speeding 31mph/15mph zone

A patrolling officer observed a speeding vehicle traveling through a school zone located on Federal Ave. and confirmed the speed by radar. The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as Alvarado M. Francisco who could not produce a valid drivers license. He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and released after posting a cash bond of $488.00.
