 Dean Darby,  25 years of age, Address-Morgan City,La was arrested on 03/12/2015 @ 7:53am

 
 Charge: Disturbing the Peace
                Simple Assault
     Dean Darby was arrested after officers responded to a complaint in the Second St area of Morgan City.  According to reports officer's arrived to find Darby yelling and using profane lanuage at another person.  During the officer's investigation Darby continued yelling and threatening the other person.  Darby was placed under arrest and transported to Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remains incarcerated.


Ernest Mingo, 31 years of age, Address-Morgan City,La.  was arrested on 3/12/2015 @ 2:20 pm

Charge:  Warrant Failure to Appear

     Ernest Mingo was arrested on warrants for Failure to Appear for Arraignment in the Sixth Ward Court of Morgan City.  Mingo was transported to Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and released.


David Turner, 24 years of age, Address-Birmingham,Al   was arrested on 03/13/2015 @ 1:43 am

Charges: Warrant Disturbing the Peace
                 Speeding
     David Turner was arrested on Warrants for Disturbing the Peace and Sppeding.  Turner turned himself in to Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and remained incarcerated.
