MCPD Arrest Report 07/28/2015

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 07/27/2015:


David A. Turner, 24 years of age, Address-Houma, La. was arrested on 07/27/2015 @ 3:57 pm.


Charge:  Warrant-Failure to Pay Fine
                Warrant-Contempt of Court

   David Turner was located at the city Clerk of Court office and was placed under arrest for outstanding warrants for the Sixth Ward City Court. He was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Brad J. Derouen, 24 years of age, Address-Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/27/2015 @ 7:56 pm.


Charge:  Warrant- Probation Violation

     Officers located Brad Derouen in the area of Levee Rd. and Sixth St. A local warrants check was done on Derouen and it was determined that he held an active warrant for the Sixth Ward City Court. Derouen was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
