MCPD Arrest Report 09/01/2015

The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 08/31/2015:

Billie J. Windel, 20 years of age, Address-Bentonville, AR was arrested on 08/31/2015 @ 8:29 am.

Hannah M. Bruce, 17 years of age, Address- Springdale, AR was arrested on 08/31/2015 @ 8:29 am.

Michael P. Bruce, 25 years of age, Address- Springdale, AR was arrested on 08/31/2015 @ 8:29 am.

Officers were dispatched to Lake End Park in regards to individuals inside one of the cabins without permission. Officers arrived and made contact with the park manager, who stated that one of his employees found several individuals in one of the cabins that was suppose to be unoccupied. When officers arrived at the cabin, contact was made with Michael Bruce, Hannah Bruce and Billie Windel. They informed officers that they found the cabin unlocked and decided to spend the night. All subjects were placed under arrest. Officers also located marijuana in the vehicle used by the individuals. Items used to smoke illegal narcotics were found in the possession of Hannah Bruce. They were all transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.

Yosheka B. Hayes, 28 years of age, Address-Wren St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 08/31/2015 @ 8:40 am.

Charge: Warrant- Unauthorized Use of an Access Card

Yosheka Hayes was located on Mallard St. and placed under arrest for an active warrant for the Morgan City Police Department. The warrant stems from an incident on August 12, 2015, which alleges that Hayes made an unauthorized transaction with a debit card totaling $50.00. Hayes was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
