MCPD Arrest Report 11/04/2015
The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 11/03/2015:
Terry M. Menard, 56 years of age, Address- Fourth St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 10/03/2015 @ 6:37 pm.
Charge: Possession of Sch II Oxycodeon
When officers arrived, the victim stated that Terry Menard wanted to harm him. Officers were able to locate Menard in the area of Fifth St. Menard was asked about the incident, but denied making any threats. According to reports, officers received consent to pat Menard down and located a pill identified as Oxycodeon. Menard was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Felix D. Oclair, 20 years of age, Address- St. Augustine, FL was arrested on 11/03/2015 @ 6:52 pm.
Charge: Theft

Officers were dispatched to a local business on Hwy 182 in regards to a theft. When officers arrived, store management stated that a cell phone was stolen from the business. From video surveillance obtained from inside the store, officers were able to identify the suspect as Felix Oclair. Oclair was located in the area of Hwy 182 and according to reports, he admitted to taking the phone. Oclair was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
Dustin M. Busse, 25 years of age, Address-Sacred Heart Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 11/04/2015 @ 1:14 am.
Charge: Appearing in Public Intoxicated
Urinating In Public

Officers came into contact with Dustin Busse in the parking lot of a local business on Hwy 182. As officers approached, Busse appeared to be urinating . While talking Busse, officers could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Busse was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and incarceration.
