The following persons were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 12/28/2015


George Harvey, 33 years of age, Address-Morgan City,La was arrested on 12/28/2015 @ 1:49 pm


Charges: Disturbing the peace by Fighting

     Officers were called to Egle St. due to a disturbance in the area.  Officers located the victim and several witnesses and spoke with them.  Officers learned that Harvey and another subject began to argue during which time Harvey and other subject began to fight.  Officers placed Harvey under arrest and transported him to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.  The other subject was taken to Teche Medical Center and treated and released for minor injuries.  The investigation is ongoing.
