Bryan Wright was located by officers on the 600 block of Brashear Avenue when he was arrested on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police Department, the 6th Ward Morgan City Court and the 32nd Judicial Dist. Court. Wright was search by officers when suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located. The location of the incident was within the area of a local elementary school in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Wright was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Christopher J Crochet, 26 years of age, Address: Bellview Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/12/2016 @ 11:34am.
Charge: Warrant - Domestic Abuse Battery
Christopher J Crochet turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to an active arrest warrant held by Morgan City Police. Crochet was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Aaron M Dugas,18 years of age, Address: Bayou Drive, Pierre Part, La. was arrested on 02/13/2016 @ 1:55am.

Careless Operation of a Motor Vehicle
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle on Hwy 70 near Greenwood Street spinning its tires and driving in a careless manner. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver identified as Aaron R Dugas. While speaking with Dugas about the incident, Dugas was believed to have been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Dugas was detained and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for further chemical testing. Dugas submitted to the intoxilyzer 5000 yielded a blood alcoholc concentration of .107 grams percent. Dugas was placed under arrest and booked into the Morgan City Police Department Jail and incarcerated.
Traivs J Blanchard, 40 years of age, Address: Moon St. Bayou Vista, La was arrested on 02/13/2016 @ 2:01am.
Charges: Appearing in Public in a Intoxicated Condition
Resisting An Officer
An officer responded to a local hotel on Roderick Street in regard to a subject sleeping in the grass near the front of the business. The officer arrived in the area and located Travis J Blanchard lying on the ground and appeared to be still sleeping. Contact was made with Blancard when it was believed that Blanchard had been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Blanchard was placed under arrest at which time he began to resist the officer. After a short struggle, Blanchard was handcuffed and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Jamie E Chaney, 32 years of age, Address: Bently Dr. Baker, La. was arrested on 02/13/2016 @ 4:56am.
Charges: Disturbing the Peace

Officers responded to the area of Sixth Street @ Marguerite Street in regard to a disturbance involving two subjects yelling. Officers arrived and located Jamie E Chaney who was identified as one of the individuals involved in the disturbance. Whlie speaking with officers, it was suspected that Chaney had been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Chaney was placed under arrest and tranpsorted to the Morgan City Police Department where a more thorough search was conducted when officers located suspected amphetamine. Chaney was booked into the Morgan City Police Department Jail and incarcerated.
Brennan J Foreman, 23 years of age, Address: Susan Ct. Morgan CIty, La. was arrested on 02/13/2016 @ 1:20pm.
Charge: Probation Violation
Brennan J Foreman was transported from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Jail to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to an acitive arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Cout. Foreman was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Frederick B Fournet, 27 years of age, Address: Tallowood St. Franklin, La. was arrested on 02/14/2016 @ 12:03am.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle with illegal window tint in the area of Federal Ave. at Onstead Street. A traffic stop was conducted when the officer identified the driver as Frederick B Fournet and passenger Jessica L Daigle. During the investigation, Fournet and Daigle's behavior aroused the officer's suspicions that they may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when the officer located suspected marijuana and drup paraphernalia. The location of the incident was within the area of a local elementary school in violation of uniformed controlled dangerous substance laws. Fournet and Daigle were both placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and incarcerated.
Toby L Ledet, 42 years of age, Address: South Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/14/2016 @ 4:32pm.
Charge: Domestic Abuse Battery
Officers responded to an address on South Railroad Avenue in regard to a domestic disturbance. Toby L Ledet along with a subject later identified as a victim of the incident were located at the residence. An investigation was conducted when officers observed signs of a battery on the victim. The victim also told officers the Ledet had struck the victim during an argument moments earlier. Ledet was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcetated.
Eduardo Zamorano, 23 years of age, Address: Laplaza St. Brownsville, Tx. was arrested on 02/15/2016 @ 2:14am.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle stopped on the roadway of Hwy 182 at the intersection of Myrtle Street. The officer approached the vehicle when the driver of the vehicle later identified as Eduardo Zamorano was observed in the driver seat and appeared to be sleeping. Zamorana was awaken when officers had Zamorana exit the vehicle. A drivers license check revealed that Zamorana did not have a valid drivers license. While speaking with Zamoana, it was believed that Zamorana had been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Zamorana was placed under arrest at which time he began to fight with officers. After a short struggle, Zamorana was placed into handcuffs and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Zamorana refused futher chemical testing. Zamorana was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcetated.
