Taylor Stoker, 20 years of age, Address: Lake Palourde Rd. Amelia, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 8:03am.
Charge: Warrant - Probation Violation
Taylor Stoker turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Stoker was arrested and booked into the Morgan City Jail.
Joseph J Thibodaux, 18 years of age, Address: Glenwood St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 12:22pm.

Brittney G Atkins, 22 years of age, Address: Mixon St. New Iberia, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 12:22pm.

Officers with the Morgan City Police Department along with agents with Probation and Parole conducted an investigation at a local hotel on Hwy 182 in regard to locating an individual on a parole violation. Officers made contact with several subjects in an undisclosed room who were identified as Josph J Thibodeaux, Alrena M Jarrell and Brittney G Atkins. The subjects behavior aroused officers suspicions that they may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the room was conducted when officers located suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Thibodeaux, Jarrell and Atkins where placed under arrest and tranported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and incarcerated.
Joseph M Price, 41 years of age, Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 2:34pm.
Charge: Warrant - Failure to Appear to Pay Fines
A patrolling officer located Joseph M Price on Federal Ave. near Belanger Street at which time Price was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Price was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Scarlett M Burkart, 34 years of age, Address: Park Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 3:04pm.
Charge: Warrant - Failure to Appear for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting
Scarlett M Burkart was transported from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Jail to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked in on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Burkart was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Leroy Davis, 24 years of age, Address: Adams St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 8:52pm.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Freret Street at Fourth Street. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle was identified as Leroy Davis. A drivers license check revealed that Davis had a suspended drivers license. Davis was placed under arrest when the officer located suspected marijuana on Davis. Davis was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Gabriel Mustiful, 34 years of age, Address: Bernice St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 9:19pm.

A patrolling officer observed a vehicle in the area of Brashear Ave. near Sixth Street with no headlights. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver identified as Gabriel Mustiful. A warrants check revealed that there were active arrest warrants for Mustiful held by the Morgan City Police Department. Mustiful was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Rayanne J Strickland, 25 years of age, Address: Wren St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 9:45pm.
Charge: Warrant - Simple Battery
Rayanne J Strikland was located by officers at an address on Wren Street at which time she was arrested on an active arrest warrant held by the Morgan City Police Department. Strickland was transported to the Morgan City Police Department Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Timothy M Gaskins, 27 years of age, Addrsess: Maine St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 10:15pm.

Timothy M Gaskins was located by officers in the area of Ditch Ave. near Headland Street at which time he was arrested on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police Department. Gaskins was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Heather D Rube, 33 years of age, Address: Grand Caillou Rd. Houma, La. was arrested on 02/18/2016 @ 10:48pm.

Warrant - Failure to Appear for Expired License Plate
Officers responded to a local business on Victor II Blvd. in regard to a female who a locked herself inside the bathroom. The officers arrived when the management told officers that the female had locked herself inside the bathroom for aprox. 40 minutes and that it was time for the store to close. Officers made contact with the female who was identified as Heather D Rube. Rube's behavior aroused officer's suspicions that Rube may be involved in illegal drug activity. Officers checked the bathroom at which time suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located. The location of the incident was within the area of a local school. A warrants check revealed that the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office held an active arrest warrant for Rube. Rube was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.
