Desmond J Richard, 34 years of age, Address: Mike Dr. Patterson, La. was arrested on 03/22/2016 @ 9:31am.
Charges: Violation of a Protective Order
Warrant - Speeding in a School Zone
Warrant - Driving Without a Drivers License
Warrant - Resisting An Officer by Giving False Information
An officer responded to an address on Third Street in regard to a complaint that Desmond Richard was at the location and in violation of a protective order. The officer arrived when a vehicle described as Richard's vehicle was observed leaving the area. A traffic stop was conducted when the driver was identified as Desmond J Richard. An investigation was conducted when according to reports it was destermined that Richard was indeed at the complainants residence and in violation of a 16th Judicial District Court Protective Order. A warrants check revealed that Richard also had active arrest warrants with the Morgan City Police Department. Richard was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Gersson S Viniegra, 31 years of age, Catherine St. Patterson, La. was arrested on 03/22/2016 @ 3:30pm.
Charge: Warrant - Failure to Appear for Disturbing the Peace
Warrant - Probatoin Violation
Gersson S Viniegra was arrested in the 6th Ward Morgan City Court in regard to active arrest warrants held by the 6th Morgan City Court. Viniegra was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

Vinny P Verret was arrested in the 6th Ward Morgan City Court in regard to an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Verret was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Brennan N Skinner, 49 years of age, Address: Grace St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 03/22/2016 @ 4:30pm.
