MCPD Arrest Report 04/27/2016
Joshua P Roshell, 24 years of age, Address: Railroad Ave. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 04/26/2016 @ 1:53pm.
Charge: Disturbing the Peace
Officers responded to an address on Eleventh Street in regard to a call of a disturbance. The officers arrived when they located several subjects at the residence, one being Joshua P Roshell. Roshell appeared to be involved in an argument which reports indicate that Roshell was shouting and using profane language. Officers warned Roshell about his behavior which Roshell continued shouting out profanities causing a disturbance. Roshell was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Roshell was booked and incarcerated.
Lazaro G Ambriz, 20 years of age, Address: Greer Ct. Napolenville, La. was arrested on 04/26/2016 @ 7:02pm.
Charges: Obscured Windshield
No Drivers License
Improper Lense Color
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle traveling in the area of Grizzaffi Street near Hwy 182. The officer observed that the vehicle had a busted windshield and the turning signal lense was blue. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Lazaro G Ambriz. A drivers license check was conducted when it was learned that Ambriz did not have a drivers license. Ambriz was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where Ambriz was booked and incarcerated.
Johanna A Tabor, 49 years of age, Address: Shady Grove Patterson, La. was arrested on 04/26/2016 @ 10:17pm.
Charges: Failure to Appear on 09/02/2014 for Theft by Shoplifting
Probation Violation
Johanna A Tabor was transported from the Patterson Police Department to the Morgan City Police Department Jail in regard to active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Tabor was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Adam Guillory, 32 years of age, Address: Elaine St. Bayou Lourse, La. was arrested on 04/27/2016 @ 2:19am.
Charges: Red Light Violation

Driving While Intoxicated 3rd Offense
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle fail to stop at a red light at the intersection of Hwy 182 and Martin Luther King Blvd. As the officer approached the vehicle, it was observed traveling out of its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver identified as Adam Guillory. A drivers license check revealed that Guillory had a suspended drivers license. Reports indicate that during the stop, the officer observed several open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle. Guillory was also suspected to have been drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. Guillory was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail for futher chemical testing where Guillory submitted to the Inoxilyzer 5000 yielding a blood alcohol concentration of .215 grams percent. Guillory was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
