Landon A Rodriguez, 35 years of age, Address: Saturn Rd. Bayou Vista, La. was arrested on 07/14/2016 @ 5:13am.

Improper Lane Usage
A patrolling officer observed a vehicle on Hwy 182 traveling out of its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Landon A Rodriguez. During a traffic investigation, reports indicate that Rodriguez's behavior aroused the officer's suspicions that Rodriguez may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when the officer located suspected methamphetamine and clorazepate. Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Mary McIntosh, 53 years of age, Address: Keith St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/14/2016 @ 11:29am.
Charges: Improper Following of Vehicles
Driving While Intoxicated
Officers responded to the intersection of U.S. 90 and Hwy 70 in regard to a vehicle crash. Officers arrived and identified Mary McIntosh as the driver of one of the vehicle involved.. During a traffic investigation, reports indicate that McIntosh was suspected to have been intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics. McIntosh was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for further chemical testing where McIntosh submitted to the Intoxilyzer 5000 yielding a blood alcohol concentration of .000 grams percent. A search warrant for a sample of McIntosh's blood was obtained for screaning. McIntosh was transported to a local medical facility where a blood sample was obtained to be sent to a criminal laboratory for analysis. McIntosh was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Jason P Cavalier Jr., 41 years of age, Address: Hilda St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 07/14/2016 @ 1:42pm.
Charges: Warrant - 2 Counts of Criminal Mischief
Warrant - Illegal Discharge of a Firearm Within City Limits
Jason P Cavalier was located by officers at an address on Hilda Street where Cavalier was arrested on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police Department. The warrants were obtained from an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police of two incidents reported on Hilda Street, one on July 1, 2016 of alleged criminal mishcief and the other on July 2, 2016 of alleged criminal mischief and discharging a firearm within the city. Cavalier was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated.
Shawn P Francois, 38 years of age, Address: Jupiter St. Bayou Vista, La. was arrested on 07/14/2016 @ 6:25pm.

Morgan City Police Department Narcotcs Detectives observed a vehicle on Hwy 70 traveling out of it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle identified as Shawn P Francois. During a traffic investigation, reports indicate that Francois's behavior arroused the investigator's suspicions that Francois may be involved illegal narcotics activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when investigators located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Francois was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Brennan Cubbage, 18 years of age, Address: Terrebonne St. Morgan City, La was arrested on 07/14/2016 @ 6:40pm.

Warrant - Simple Battery
Brennan Cubbage turned himself in at the Morgan City Police Department in regard to active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court and Morgan City Police Department. A battery warrant was obtained from an investigation conducted by Morgan City Police of an incident on Hwy 182 reported on September 10, 2015 of an alleged battery. Cubbage was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.

A patrolling officer observed a suspicios vehicle traveling inside Lake End Park. A traffic stop was conducted when Heather M Renthrop was identified as the driver and Jason J Zimmerman as a passenger inside the vehicle. During an investigation, reports indicated that Renthrop and Zimmerman's behavior arouse the officer's suspicions that they may be involved in illegal drug activity. A search of the vehicle was conducted when the officer located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both Renthrop and Zimmerman were placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Jail where they were booked and incarcerated.
