MCPD Arrest Report 12/29/2016

The following persons were arrested during the last reporting period beginning December 28,2016

Gabrieo Boulanger, 27 YAO Sixth St. Patterson,La was arrested on 12-28-2016 @ 9:43am

Charge:Warrant City Court of Morgan City- FTA to Pay fine for No Insurance

               Warrant City Court of Morgan City-FTA to pay fine for Driving Under Suspension

Mr. Boulanger was arrested by Franklin Police Department and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked on Warrants from City Court of Morgan City.

 

Martena Rasco, 27 YOA Third St. Morgan City,LA was arrested on 12-28-2016 @ 12:20pm

 

Charges: Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-Expired license plate

                  Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-No vehicle registration

                   Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-No Drivers License

Officers investigating a Hit and Run that occurred on December 22, 2016 spoke with Ms. Rasco during the investigation.  Rasco was found to have warrants from City Court of Morgan City. Ms. Rasco was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.   The Hit and Run is still under investigation.

 

Ricky Hayes, 52 YOA Railroad Ave. Morgan City,La was arrested on 12-28-2106 @ 3:50pm

 

Charges: Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-FTA to pay fine for Simple Assault

                  Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-FTA to pay fine for Contempt of Court

Mr. Hayes was observed in the Union St. area the patrolling officer knew of outstanding warrants on Mr. Hayes.  Mr. Hayes was detained and the warrants were verified at which time Mr. Hayes was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking.

Benjamin Wever, 40 YOA Ninth St. Morgan City,LA was arrested on 12-28-2016 @ 6:45pm.

Charges: Warrant-City Court of Morgan City-FTA to pay probation fee

Mr. Wever was located by officers  at a Hwy 182 business.  The officer knew of an outstanding warrant for Mr. Wever , who was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police department for booking.

 

Caleb Darden, 19YOA Flattown Road Jeanererre,La  was arrested on 12-29-2016 @ 4:55am

 

Charge: Warrant City Court of Morgan City- Probation Violation

Mr. Darden was located by Patterson Police Department and found to have warrants from the City Court of Morgan City.  Mr. Darden was transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking
