Krystal L. Meranta, 27 years of age, address: Clark Rd. Morgan City, La, arrested on 03/22/2017 @ 01:06 A.M.
Charges: Warrant: Failure to Appear for Court on 12/14/2016
Warrant: Failure to Appear for Court on 03/08/2017
Resisting an Officer by False Information
Krystal L. Meranta was located and arrested on active arrest warrants held by the 16th Judicial Court. According to reports when the officer first came in contact with Meranta she provided a false name. After she was properly identified it was learned that she held two active arrest warrants. Meranta was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Joshua A. Falgout, 37 years of age, address: Sycamore St. Morgan City, La, arrested on 03/22/2017 @ 10:40 A.M.
Charges: Warrant: Failure to Pay Fine on 01/17/2017
Warrant: Failure to Appear for Trial on 02/21/2017
Joshua A. Falgout was located and arrested at the Iberia Parish Detention Center on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court and the 16th Judicial Court. Falgout was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
