MCPD Arrest Report 06/16/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 27 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result, beginning on 06/15/2017:
Katherine V. Stoute, 25 years of age, address: Egle St. Morgan City, La, arrested on 06/15/2017 @ 3:30 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: Contempt of Court
Katherine V. Stoute was located and arrested at the 6th Ward Morgan City Court on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Stoute was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Leroy J. Bailey, 31 years of age, address: North Third St. Morgan City, La, arrested on 06/15/2017 @ 7:15 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine and Make Restitution on 04/21/2015
Leroy J. Bailey was transferred from the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center and arrested on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Bailey was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
