MCPD Arrest Report 06/22/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 44 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result, beginning on 06/21/2017:
Donnie Reed, 64 years of age, address: Louisiana St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 06/21/2017 @ 10:25 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. for Arraignment on 04/03/2017
Donnie Reed was located and arrested in the area of South Railroad Ave. on an active arrest warrant held by the 16th Judicial Court. Reed was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Laquajhia Bourgeois, 19 years of age, address: Federal Ave. Morgan City, La., arrested on 06/21/2017 @ 1:22 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Restitution on 05/30/2017
Laquajhia Bourgeois was located and arrested at the Morgan City Court on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Bourgeois was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.
Anna Sauseda, 34 years of age, address: Clements St. Patterson, La., arrested on 06/21/2017 @ 2:10 p.m.
Charges: F.T.A. for Arraignment on 06/20/2017 (6 counts)
Anna Sauseda was located and arrested at the Morgan City Court on an active arrest warrant held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Sauseda was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Juaune E. Stelly, 28 years of age, address: Filmore St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 06/21/2017 @ 2:15 p.m.
Charges: Contempt of Court (5 counts)
While court proceedings were conducted at the Morgan City Court Juaune E. Stelly began to cause a disturbance in the courtroom disrupting the proceedings. According to reports, Stelly began to use profanities towards the judge. After being held in Contempt of Court several different times Stelly was arrested and removed from court proceedings. She was transported to the Morgan City Jail where she was booked and incarcerated.

Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division observed a vehicle fail to stop at a red light in the area of LA 182. The vehicle was observed traveling down the center of LA 182. A stop was initiated and Michael P. Stewert was identified as the operator of the vehicle. According to reports, Stewert was found to be in possession of Testosterone Propionate, Testosterone Enanthate, Drostanolone Enanthate, and drug paraphernalia. It was also found that Stewert did not possess a Louisiana Driver’s License. Stewert was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Herman T. Delco, 35 years of age, address: Odile Ln. Amelia, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 2:45 a.m.
Charges: Warrant: F.T.A. to Pay Fine on 09/11/2012 (2 counts)
Herman T. Delco was located and arrested in the area of Filmore St. on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Delco was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Desmond J. Richard, 35 years of age, address: Mike Dr. Patterson, La., arrested on 06/22/2017 @ 3:19 a.m.

Desmond J. Richard was located and arrested in the area of LA 182 on active arrest warrants held by the 6th Ward Morgan City Court. Richard was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
