Arrest Report 02/13/2014

The following were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning 02/12/2014:

Ted P. Richard Jr., 32 years of age, Address-Schriever, La. was arrested on 02/12/2014 @ 1:02pm

Charge: Warrant: Second Degree Battery

     Ted Richard Jr. turned himself in to the Morgan City Police Department to be booked on an outstanding warrant which stemmed from an alleged incident which occurred in Morgan City in February 2014.  Richard was accused of striking another subject causing injuries.  He was booked into the Morgan City Police Department where he was released after posting a cash bond of $2,500.00.

 

Casey N. Francois, 28 years of age, Address-Mallard St. Morgan City, Louisiana was arrested on 02/12/2014 @ 6:12pm

Charge: Domestic Abuse Battery

    

     Casey Francois was arrested after officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a Mallard St. residence.  It was learned that Francois had committed a battery on a male subject at that residence causing minor injuries.  Casey Francois was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.
