Arrest Report 02/17/2014

The following were arrested by the Morgan City Police Department during the last reporting period beginning February 14, 2013:

Kayla L. Comeaux, 26 years of age, Address-Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/14/2014 @ 1:53pm

Charge:  Patteson Police Department-Warrant: Failure to Pay Fine-No Insurance; Warrant: Failure to Pay Fine-No Drivers License; Warrant: Failure to Pay Fine-No License Plate

    

     Kayla Comeaux was located at a Highway 182 business and placed under arrest for outstanding warrants for the Patterson Police Department.  She was transported to the Morgan City Police Department where she was booked and incarcerated.

 

Angel H. Montoya, 24 years of age, Address-Roderick St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/14/2014 @ 6:39pm

Charge: No Drivers License; Careless Operation

          Angel Montoya was arrested after officers responded to a vehicle crash on Victor II Blvd. in Morgan City.  Montoya, who was identified as a driver involved in the crash was found to be operating a vehicle with no drivers license.  He was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where he was booked and incarcerated. 

 

 Rochelle B. Suire, 44 years of age, Address-Chestnut Dr. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/15/2014 @ 9:27am

Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting

Taylor A. Murphy, 19 years of age, Address-Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/15/2014 @ 9:27am

Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting

     Both Taylor Murphy and Rochelle Suire were arrested after officers responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a Chestnut Drive address.  Officers arrived and learned that both Suire and Murphy were involved in a fistic encounter prior to officers arrival at the scene which caused a disturbance in the area.  Both were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and incarcerated. 

 

 Jody R. Cubbedge, 37 years of age, Address-Uranus St. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/16/2014 @ 9:30pm

Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting

Jessica L. Ross, 25 years of age, Address-Levee Rd. Morgan City, La. was arrested on 02/16/2014 @ 9:30pm

Charge: Disturbing the Peace by Fighting

     Jessica Ross and Jody Cubbege were arrested after the Morgan City Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance at the corner of Sixth St. and Fig St. in Morgan City.  Officers learned that the subjects had become involved in an altercation which turned physical.  The disturbance was observed by residents in the area.  The subjects were arrested and transported to the Morgan City Police Department where they were booked and incarcerated.
