MCPD Arrest Report 09/14/2017
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour reporting period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 31 calls for service. The following persons were arrested as a result beginning on 09/13/2017:
Erica Boudreaux, 29 years of age, address: Grizzaffi St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/13/2017 @ 11:03 a.m.
Charges: Disturbing the Peace
Entry or Remaining on Places after being Forbidden
Erica Boudreaux was located and arrested at the Morgan City Police Department on active arrest warrants held by the Morgan City Police. The warrants stem from an investigation conducted by patrol officers on September 7, 2017, when officers responded to the area of Glenwood St. in regards to a disturbance. According to reports, Erica Boudreaux was identified as the subject causing the disturbance and had been instructed once before not to return to the premises. Boudreaux had already left the area, therefore, warrants were prepared for her arrest. Boudreaux was booked into the Morgan City Jail and incarcerated.
Ryan Delahoussaye, 23 years of age, address: Leona St. Morgan City, La., arrested on 09/13/2017 @ 7:56 p.m.
Charges: Possession of Marijuana
Illegal use of CDS in the presence of Juveniles
Violation of Uniform CDS Law (Drug-Free Zone)
Traveling wrong way on a One-Way Road
Patrol officers observed a vehicle being operated in the area of Florida Alley traveling the wrong way on the one way roadway. According to reports, a stop was initiated and Ryan Delahoussaye was identified as the operator of the vehicle. Delahoussaye was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. There was also a juvenile in the vehicle. The area were the incident had taken place was within a Drug Free Zone. Delahoussaye was arrested and transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
Patrick L. Augman, 43 years of age, address: Spurgeon Rd. Monroe, La., arrested on 09/13/2017 @ 9:53 p.m.
Charges: Warrant: Theft of Goods
Warrant: Entry or Remaining on Places after being Forbidden
Warrant: F.T.A. for Arriagnment on 09/08/2017
Patrick L. Augman was located and arrested in the area of Orange St. on active arrest warrants held by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and the 16th Judicial Court. Augman was transported to the Morgan City Jail where he was booked and incarcerated.
