MCPD Arrest Report 4/30/2012
Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 28-calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 4/29/2021.
Daniel Michael Elliot, 21 years of age, Address-Highway 90, Gibson, LA., was arrested on 4/29/2021 at 1:30 P.M.

Johnathan Paul Myers, 27 years of age, Address-Brashear Ave., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 4/29/2021 at 4:52 P.M.

Possession of Schedule I CDS Synthetic Marijuana
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Bricelon Lamon Martin, 24 years of age, Address-Second St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 4/29/2021 at 8:31 P.M.
Warrant:
Simple Burglary (4 Counts)
The Morgan City Police Department has responded to several reports of burglaries on the north side of Morgan City beginning on April 15, 2021. Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department were able to identify two of the individuals involved and obtained an arrest warrant for their arrest. Detectives also served serval search warrants to recover stolen property.
On April 29, 2021, Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department located Johnathan P. Myers at an address on Brashear Ave. During the arrest, he pulled away from officers. Officers were able to secure Jonathan Myers and place him under arrest. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the address and discovered suspected synthetic marijuana, methamphetamines, Drug Paraphernalia, and stolen property. He was additionally charged, and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for incarceration.
Later in the evening, Detectives located Bricelon Martin at his residence on Second St. and placed him under arrest on active warrants held by the Morgan City Police Department.
Fank James Rock Jr., 33 years of age, Address-Andrew St., Patterson, LA., was arrested on 4/29/2021 at 8:58 P.M.
