Chief James F. Blair reports that over the last 24-hour period the Morgan City Police Department responded to 51-calls of service. The following person(s) were arrested as the result beginning on 7/6/2021
Anthony Terrell Dixon, 31 years of age, Address- Everett St., Morgan City, LA., was arrested on 07/06/2021 at 3:59 A.M.

During the early morning hours of July 6, 2021, Officers of the Morgan City Police Department responded to several calls of an individual randomly walking through private property and was captured on several residential surveillance systems in Lakeside Subdivision.
One of the responding officers observed Anthony Terrell Dixon walking on Highway 182 who possibly fit the description. A warrant check revealed the City Court of Morgan City held an active warrant for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Morgan City Police Department for booking and was a person of interest in the individual trespassing in Lakeside Subdivision.
The footage from Lakeside Subdivision was released on social media, and the individual was positively identified as Anthony T. Dixion. An arrest warrant for Dixon was obtained by Detectives with the Morgan City Police Department. Dixion was additionally booked on the new charges. The investigation is still ongoing, and further charges could be filed.
Skilan Ariel Gros, 27 years of age, Address-Greenleaf Blvd., Bayou L'Ourse, LA was arrested on 7/6/2021 at 11:29 A.M.
